This month's happy hour will be held at the Idle Rich Pub (www.idlerichpub.com) showcasing the early miles of the Dallas Marathon. Whether you’ve signed up for this year’s race, are thinking about it or have run it in the past, this is a great opportunity to learn more about the new course and Texas Scottish Rite Hospital for Children, our beneficiary. You’ll also meet runners from all the local training programs with whom you can swap training stories, success stories and fun stories. We look forward to seeing you there!

The happy hour will be held at Screen Door in One Arts Plaza (www.screendoordallas.com) showcasing the early miles of the marathon, half marathon and relay. Whether you’ve signed up for this year’s race, are thinking about it or have run it in the past, this is a great opportunity to learn more about the new course and Texas Scottish Rite Hospital for Children, our beneficiary. You’ll also meet runners from all the local training programs with whom you can swap training stories, success stories and fun stories. This happy hour will be the first in a series of four as we progress along the newly designed marathon course. We look forward to seeing you there!

T-minus 1 week until the start of the 5 Months to 5 Miles training program for the SMU Cox School of Business Corporate Relay Challenge presented by Behringer Harvard! Any corporate relay team members out there? It's a great way to encourage a little competition in the workplace, get to know your co-workers a little bit better and raise money for a great cause--Texas Scottish Rite Hospital for Children!
