- Process late registration forms as well as number and t-shirt pick up for pre-registered participants.

Cones & Mile Marker
Location: Mayor’s Race course

Description:
- Place the traffic cones to guide participants along the course
- Place the 1, 2 & 3 mile markers on the 5K course

Course Guide
Location: Mayor’s Race course

Description:
- Make sure the participants follow the 5K and 1 mile courses
Requirements: Must be 14 years or older.
Water Station
Location: Mayor’s Race course

Description:
- Set up the water station
- Fill water cups
- Pass out water to participants
- Clean up and break down water station area

Food & Beverages
Location: Finish Line

- Assist participants
