Registration is available for the MetroPCS Dallas White Rock Marathon, Half Marathon & 5-Person Relay along with the Mayor’s Race 5K at the Health & Fitness Expo on December 2 and 3.

Bib Number Assignment

Registration is Capped at 25,000 for 2011

This year’s registration is capped at 25,000 total participants. Register early to ensure your participation. We are not allowed to add additional runners beyond our permitted number.

- Each participant will be assessed a $3 Facilities Usage Fee on top of their registration fee.
Pasta Dinner	$20 per person
Race Poster	$15 per poster
Included in registration event fees: entry into race, participant shirt and race bib for each participant. Marathon and Half Marathon participants finishing within the event time limit receive a medallion and finisher’s shirt. Relay participants finishing within the event time limit receive a medallion. Once a race sells out a waiting list will be started. Any registrations upgraded from the waiting list will be charged an additional $10 on top of the regular fee for additional processing.
* Note: Registration is capped at 25,000 this year. There will be no late Expo registration for any event if event cap is reached prior to the Expo.

Rules

Remember, we do not allow the selling or transfer of race bibs. Anyone found with someone else’s race bib will be subject to disqualification. ID’s will be checked at packet pick-up.

Changing Races

You may change to a different race only if there are still available slots in that race. A $15 transfer fee will be assessed. Once a race sells out no more changes will be allowed to that particular race. Upon finishing the race you will be provided finisher gifts based on the race bib you have on – no exceptions.

Refunds/Deferments/Transfers

Please note that there are no refunds or deferments in case you are unable to participate for any reason.

Please note that bib numbers are not transferable. Those attempting to transfer their bib numbers, as well as those in receipt of a transferred entry, will be disqualified from this and future races.

VIP Registration

We will again offer VIP marathon and half marathon registration. VIP registration is open to everyone, rewards the runner with fantastic race benefits and commemorative gear, and includes a $100 donation to Texas Scottish Rite Hospital for Children (a tax receipt will be included in confirmation emails).
